The World Cup is on a fast city circuit of good flat pavement, in a town of 7000 inhabitants.
Thursday is my rest day and mental preparation day before the Friday Italy
Time Trial. I have to mentally focus and think about doing things right. The course is a flat, smooth city road. I will be using signs and trees to remind me to look at my Garmin.
Same as last year. I will lead the pedals, not follow them with my feet. Allez, Allez. My trike is lighter with a new front fork. Hopefully that will help. I have my speed goal, hopefully I can achieve it.
My class is slowly getting larger and I am a better rider. I am ready to do well on Friday.
Ready to Ride, Shelley
